Welcome to Buvly! These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of our mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using Buvly, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these T&C and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

Eligibility: The App is intended for users 13 years of age or older.
No Account Required: Buvly does not require user accounts. Analyses are generated based solely on the information you provide.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to submit illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading content. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, and misuse of AI outputs are prohibited.

4. Payments & Digital Goods

Buvly provides AI-generated business analysis reports as one-time in-app purchases. Prices are clearly displayed within the App.

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.
Refunds follow Apple/Google policies and cannot be issued directly by us.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App generates business insights using artificial intelligence. While we aim to provide helpful evaluations, the output may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. Buvly does not provide legal, financial, or professional business advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

6. Data Handling & Privacy

Buvly processes only the information you enter during the analysis workflow. We do not require registration or store personal identifiers. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy below.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Buvly is not liable for any losses, business decisions, or outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated reports.

8. Modifications to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Changes to these T&C will be posted within the App or on our website.

9. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved under German jurisdiction.

Idea Input: Text you provide during the 7-question analysis process.
Device Information: Anonymous technical data required for app performance and crash detection.
Purchase Information: Confirmation of successful payments (handled through Apple/Google; we do not receive your payment details).

3. How We Use Your Data

To generate AI-powered business analysis reports.
To improve App performance and user experience.
To verify successful purchases and provide access to reports.

4. Data Storage & Security

Buvly does not store personally identifiable information. Analysis inputs may be transmitted to third-party AI providers strictly for generating the requested report. These providers follow industry-standard security and GDPR compliance measures.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We do not create user accounts, and we do not store your reports or analysis inputs long-term. Any temporary processing data is automatically deleted after the analysis is completed.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. If unauthorized use by a minor is detected, we will take steps to remove any associated data.

7. Third-Party Services

We use:

Apple & Google In-App Purchases for payment processing.
AI Model Providers (e.g., OpenAI or compatible services) for generating analysis content.
Crash and performance monitoring tools to ensure app stability.

We NEVER sell user data.
