1. Introduction

Welcome to XPerform! These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of our mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must not use the App.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these T&C and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

Eligibility: The App is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older.
Account Requirements: You must create an account using an email address, username, and password. Apple ID and anonymous mode are available; Google authentication is coming soon.
Prohibited Activities: Spam, XP manipulation, and harassment are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or deletion.

4. Payments & Future Subscriptions

The App is currently free. Premium features or subscriptions may be introduced in the future.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect essential data (email, username, XP progress, activity logs) and securely store it using Firebase.

6. Account & Data Deletion

Users can delete individual trackers or their entire account permanently within the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee goal achievement or continuous availability.

8. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by the laws of Germany.

Welcome to XPerform! This Privacy Policy explains how XPerform ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your data when using our mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Data: Email address, username (no real name required).
Usage Data: XP gained from trackers, app activity logs (last login, streaks, levels), profile picture, and banner choice.

3. How We Use Your Data

To improve App functionality.
To track XP, progress, and achievements.
To send verification or password reset emails (we do NOT send promotional emails).

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is securely stored on Firebase, which complies with GDPR. Security measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access.

5. User Rights & Data Deletion

Users can delete individual progress trackers or their entire account, permanently removing all associated data.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 13. If unauthorized usage is detected, we will take steps to remove the data.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (data storage & security) and Apple & Google Authentication (for login). We do NOT sell user data.
